After expressing condolences for the martyrdom of Seyed Hassan Nasrallah and General Nilfroushan, Seyed Majid Heydati referred to the new strategic and tactical programs in the new management of Ghadir Investment Group and said: Emphasizing the competitive advantages of the country in the fields of oil and gas, petrochemicals, mining, and mineral industries, as well as the pioneering position in platform and technology businesses, I believe that creating balance and strategic alignment in Ghadir Holding's investment portfolio is necessary and essential. The CEO of Ghadir also stressed the importance of creating wealth for shareholders to play a key role in the country's economic development and added: Implementing the development directives of the honorable government in this regard will be significant, and for this purpose, it is appropriate and necessary to prepare and formulate an Investment Policy Statement (IPS) and asset strategy by the holding companies. Engineer Heydati, referring to previous management experiences in various industries, highlighted the importance of developing a roadmap and strategic document and said: All holding companies and their subsidiaries are required to prepare a strategic planning document, obtain approval from the company’s governing bodies, and submit it by the end of this year. He emphasized the need for transparency and financial discipline in the performance and actions of the managers of the headquarters and holding companies, stating: This document will be a common covenant of the CEOs of the holding companies and the board of directors of the subsidiaries with the Ghadir Group and all stakeholders.

The CEO of Ghadir continued to emphasize the observance of corporate governance laws and regulations, commercial laws, and accounting standards, stating: Given the presence of shareholders from various groups, including dear retirees, and in order to provide appropriate and satisfactory accountability for all entities, companies, holding companies, and their subsidiaries, achieving the highest level of transparency and financial discipline is a necessary principle.

In his continued remarks, engineer Heydati emphasized the importance of sustainable development in Ghadir Group's investment portfolio; he regarded Ghadir's existential philosophy as playing a pioneering role in achieving fundamental development in the country and added: We ask the group and all holding companies and subsidiaries to prioritize integrated and sustainable development in investments, technological development, as well as the development of operational and managerial processes as the foundation of all their programs.

He pointed to the necessity and importance of technology and artificial intelligence knowledge in the business world, stating: Today, the need to create software and hardware infrastructures for the establishment of systems, implementation of corporate governance, increasing productivity, agility, and organizational flexibility, in order to enhance competitive intelligence, is important. In this regard, all holding companies and Ghadir Investment Group will be equipped with integrated smart management and operational systems.

In conclusion, the CEO of Ghadir Investment Group added: One of the reasons for the establishment of holding companies is to develop synergy and profitability in the value chain between the holding companies and their subsidiaries, and Ghadir Holding, as one of the largest multi-sector holding companies in the country, must develop and implement a synergy development document.
